I was wondering if wish lists that are shared provide an email notification to others that it has been modified or updated? I would be nice if something was purchased and you want to mark it as such and have an automatic email notification to others that can view the list.

We have been considering the best way to implement your suggestion. We had thought about it a few months ago, but when we asked current users, they were worried that it would appear like SPAM in their email and that many people didn't want the feature.

We are considering ways in which we can make this an optional setting.
